‘Warm Modern’ Full of Style

Clients, Tom and Dena Butler purchased a resale in Ankeny with their goal of updating the home to make it their own. Troy Sydow, our project manager for our Commercial and Residential Remodeling side of the business took the lead on this project, focusing his attention on making sure the homeowner’s vision was executed, within budget and on schedule. The Butler’s wanted a full main level makeover. With that in mind we upgraded the front entry door to a French entry door w/sidelights, replaced the dated rustic tile and carpet throughout with new LVP, installed all new interior doors, added 42″ wainscotting to the living room walls, installed mission style base, mission style window casing with headsets throughout and topped it off with a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, we updated the stairs leading to the lower level with a new handrail system and updated the laundry room with new flooring, cabinets and quartz countertops. Kimberley attention to detail, quality of materials & construction, and responsiveness to customer concerns is excellent

Building with Kimberley Development was a great experience from start to finish. We had an outstanding building supervisor who worked with us every step of the way. The Kimberley attention to detail, quality of materials & construction, and responsiveness to customer concerns is excellent. We recently moved into our villa and couldn’t be happier with it. We definitely recommend Kimberley Development for a great building experience!
