We have a guarantee to keep your budget intact. The number we agree upon after our initial meeting is the cost of the home no matter the lumber costs, etc. We will absorb costs if necessary. However, if you decide along the process that you want to upgrade a feature in your home we will come to a new agreement with an increased price.
