From concept to reality, Bill Kimberley started Kimberley Development with a vision of creating beautiful homes that families would cherish for life. Now, over 40 years later, Kimberley Development is proud to have built a reputation as an exceptional home builder.

Throughout the years our innovative designs and comfortable, spacious layouts have been seen and experienced across central Iowa. We enjoy providing a service that allows us to develop relationships with so many outstanding individuals in the community. As our company has grown and matured – so have many of our past clients. We have the pleasure of working with people in every stage of life. Kimberley Development has been voted Ankeny's Best Builder 11 years, and has won the Favorite Home Award at the HomeShowExpo four times. In 2007 the company won Best of Show. In 2010, they won the People's Choice Award and were voted Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines and has won the Best of Ankeny award in 2009-2012 by the U.S. Commerce Association.
