Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an initial meeting where we work to understand your vision for your ideal home. We will discuss the different options we provide and find what best suits your needs. With this context, we’ll collaborate on the possibilities based on your location, timeline, style and budget. From there, our estimators will bid each project to the specifications discussed to ensure accuracy.
Estimate of Costs: We will provide you with a pricing summary of your new home with all of its options before you purchase so there are no surprises down the road.
Purchase Agreement
We will provide clients with a no obligation pricing summary to review the cost of a new home with all potential options that have been requested. Once a purchase agreement has been signed, our contract price is guaranteed.
Review Plans/Customizable Plans
Our in-house drafter will help create a home plan that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. Working within your budget and specifications, our drafter will come up with a fully custom design plan, or simply adjust one of our predesigned stock plans in order to create the most functional home of your dreams.
Design Session/Inspiration & Design
For an easy, one-stop-shop experience, clients have the opportunity to work with our in-house designer in our design showroom which displays the latest trends and colors for choosing all of the products and finishes for a new home. Our professional designer will guide you through the entire experience, allowing you to choose from a variety of top-grade materials and components for your project.
Construction
After the design is set, your superintendent will oversee everything to ensure that your vision is realized on schedule and with the high-quality workmanship that Kimberley Development is known for. The result is a home with strategically designed spaces that is a true reflection of your lifestyle.
In addition, we will make sure that you receive copies of all of your paperwork and process your mortgage commitment to signal the official start of the building process.
New Home Orientation Walk-Through
The moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived! At this time we will show you all the ins and outs of your newly-built home. You will receive warranty booklets, phone numbers and everything else you need to keep your new home running smoothly.
Settlement
Congratulations – the wait is over! You will receive the keys to your new home, sign any settlement paperwork and start enjoying living in your new home.
