Employee Spotlight: Lisa Cameron
This month, the spotlight is on Lisa Cameron, Lead Estimator / Custom Home Specialist. Lisa has been with Kimberley Development for nearly four years, but has been in the custom home building industry for 12 years.
Lisa is one of the first points of contact a client will experience with our team and helps make our client’s dream home a reality. Her ability to guide clients through the process from the initial floor plan meeting to completion of the project specifications contract is second to none. Her primary goal is to ensure the process of building a new home is not only an enjoyable experience, but also easy to understand and as stress-free as possible.
Lisa’s passion for delivering homes that outperform the competition stems back to when she worked alongside her father, who is also in the construction industry. Her knowledgeable background along with her dedication to always offering a helping hand to fellow coworkers, makes her an invaluable part of our team.
