Prior to closing you will have a walk-through with the warranty company to go over any concerns you may have.
Within the first 90 days you need to reach out to the warranty company, who will schedule your 3-month service visit.
At 11 months, you will need to schedule a walk-through with the warranty company to go over any remaining warranty items.
Even the best-built homes can have issues that arise. Please contact the warranty company you had your closing walk-through with for warranty related issues. If your service request is an emergency, please refer to the phone numbers you received in your homeowner binder.
